ARGENTUM

Reconciles the money

In pilot

ARGENTUM is the finance flagship: it treats the MIS balance as a claim and the bank as the fact, grades the evidence for every open invoice, and runs a collections board where a named person owns each follow-up. The accounting system stays the system of record; ARGENTUM never moves money.

What it does

Most print MIS receivables are overstated because customers pay by ACH and bill-pay straight to the bank and nobody posts it. ARGENTUM finds those payments, matches them to invoices by memo, amount and payer alias, and shows three numbers per account: what the MIS says, what is reconciled, and what is confirmed collectible.

A chat assistant answers 'did they pay?' the way a careful bookkeeper would: with the evidence tier, the batches still to check, and what to do next. It runs on the shop's own local model; no customer data leaves the building.

Under the PressForge doctrine, ARGENTUM explains unapplied cash as a posting lag, never as a person's fault, and every financial change needs the approval the shop's own controls require.
