POLARIS

Plans execution

In pilot

POLARIS takes a job spec in plain language, spoken or typed, and answers with a production plan: which press, which stock, which finishing line, in what order, given what the shop can actually do today.

What it does

It is a planner, not a chatbot. Every answer is grounded in two live sources: MYCELIUM (what the shop is capable of) and CURRENT (what is on the floor right now). If the Scodix is down, the route says so.

In the pilot shop POLARIS runs on a local language model on shop hardware, so job specs never leave the building. It hands finished intent to FØUNDRY for the visual proof and will hand routed jobs to CURRENT.

The 38 planning operations it supports were verified against real production jobs before it went on the floor.
