The PressForge platform map
Home › Platform

One intelligence. Eight expansions.

The PressForge platform is nine products that share one data schema, so a job captured in FØUNDRY is the same job POLARIS plans, CURRENT watches, BEACON measures and HELIX learns from. Customers enter through a storefront; ideas come out as real things.

The map

From a customer's idea to a real thing.

1

Customers enter here

A storefront such as Shine Drop Studio, or the shop's own web-to-print

2

Intent

FØUNDRY shows the piece and prices it; the buyer approves a proof

3

Plan

POLARIS routes it against MYCELIUM's capability map

4

Produce

CURRENT watches it move across the floor

5

Measure

BEACON records what the piece did after it shipped

6

Learn and sell

HELIX corrects the next estimate; SAGA drafts the next conversation

The flagships

Nine products, one schema.

Every flagship reads and writes the same five shapes (event, job, capability, product-spec, vocabulary), published as JSON Schema, so a second shop's data fits without translation.

✒ QUILLThe intelligence of PressForge

QUILL is the intelligence at the centre of the PressForge platform: it understands a request, connects the flagship that captured it to the ones that plan, route, observe and sell, and learns from what the shop actually produced.

Roadmap
⩓ FØUNDRYCaptures intent

FØUNDRY shows a customer exactly how foil, raised UV, cast and cure film and emboss will look on their own artwork, in 3D at true physical size, before a sheet is printed, and prices the piece while they look at it.

Live · sold today
✧ POLARISPlans execution

POLARIS takes a job spec in plain language, spoken or typed, and answers with a production plan: which press, which stock, which finishing line, in what order, given what the shop can actually do today.

In pilot
✲ MYCELIUMMaps capabilities

MYCELIUM is the machine-readable map of a print shop's capabilities, so software can ask “can we produce this piece, and by which route?” and get a true answer instead of a guess.

In pilot
≋ CURRENTObserves the physical shop

CURRENT watches the physical shop and turns it into one live event stream: every job's location, every press's state, every late ticket, readable by people and by the other flagships.

In pilot
◎ BEACONConnects physical to digital

BEACON makes printed pieces measurable: every QR or NFC touch is recorded with time, place and device, so a shop can show a customer what a mailer or package actually did after it shipped.

Live · pilot pricing
⋀ SAGADrives sales and marketing

SAGA turns what the shop already knows into sales work: a customer who went quiet, a quote that stalled, a job worth showing off, each becomes a queued, drafted message a human approves and sends.

In pilot
⌇ HELIXLearns and evolves

HELIX is the feedback loop: it records what every job was estimated to cost and take, what it actually cost and took, and uses the difference to improve the next route, quote and schedule.

Roadmap
⇈ TAL3NTAugments people

TAL3NT augments the people on the floor and at the front desk: an operator records what happened without leaving the press, an estimator sees what the shop can do and what it cost last time, and tribal knowledge stops living in one head.
