Briefs every role
In pilotCHARØN is the conversation flagship: it gathers facts from the other flagships through QUILL, filters them by what the person is entitled to see, and briefs them in the depth and vocabulary their job needs. An executive hears business impact and the next decision; an operator hears the next job and what is blocking it; a customer hears about their own order and nothing else.
What it does
The same question asked by two people produces two briefings with one facts fingerprint. That is visible on screen, and it is a test in the code.
CHARØN carries follow-ups for people. It says 'consider it handled' only once something has actually started, and 'resolved' only with the evidence of a check. Calm is a delivery style, not a reason to hide a problem.
It never attributes a late job to a person: the floor system records where a job is, not why, and CHARØN says so.
