HELIX

Learns and evolves

Roadmap

HELIX is the feedback loop: it records what every job was estimated to cost and take, what it actually cost and took, and uses the difference to improve the next route, quote and schedule.

What it does

Print MIS costing is famously unusable because nobody closes the loop. HELIX closes it automatically, because the plan (POLARIS), the price (rate card) and the reality (CURRENT) are already in one schema.

It is built after the rate-card engine, because learning needs something to correct.

Facts

Inputs

Output
Corrected run speeds, spoilage, and margins by job type
