Accounts receivable audit
Found Money is a 10-business-day audit that tells a print shop owner which open invoices are really owed, which were already paid and never applied, and which are errors, by matching the MIS against 12 months of bank data.
An MIS open-AR total is usually a mix of real debt, payments that arrived but were never applied (batched ACH, checks from a payer whose name differs from the customer, card settlements nobody posted), and legacy balances. 47% of US small businesses carry invoices more than 30 days overdue (source 2); the question is which of yours are really owed.
The deliverable is a written ledger, invoice by invoice, with the evidence (deposit, check image, card settlement) attached, plus the list of balances that are genuinely collectible, ready for Chaser.

Watchtower monitors the specific things that stop a print shop (stuck hot folders, dead storefront intake, backed-up RIP or DFE queues, failed backups) and alerts a named person before a customer or an operator finds out.
Vault is offsite backup for the systems a print shop cannot reopen without (the MIS database, the job file server, press and DFE configurations) with a restore that is actually tested, every quarter, in writing.
Chaser chases only the invoices that are genuinely owed: it drafts each follow-up with the invoice details attached, a person at the shop approves and sends it, and the monthly report counts dollars collected.
